Quebec – Lithium & Gold
Ungava Project
Located in the Nunavik region of northern Quebec, the Ungava project consists one large contiguous block of 1,529 mineral claims covering a total of 63,865ha. The Project is situated 120km SE of the community of Salluit and 75km SW of Glencore’s Raglan nickel mine.
Acquired as part of the asset package from prospector Shawn Ryan in 2023, the Ungava claim block covers a significant cluster of highly anomalous lake sediment samples, many of which are in the 99th percentile for lithium, cesium and rubidium. There is little historic detailed mapping in this area, however five pegmatites have been previously identified on the property but never sampled or investigated for their LCT potential.
Priority areas for Phase 1 field work in 2023 will be at the confluence of known pegmatites, 99th percentile lithium geochemistry and faulting structures as interpreted from the regional magnetic data.
