Targa Exploration Corp. is a Canadian exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of gold and silver properties with headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. Targa leverages access to capital, technology, and talent, to cost-effectively assess mineral potential and advance its pipeline of projects towards new mineral deposit discovery.
Targa’s flagship asset, Opinaca, is located in Quebec and covers more than 67,000ha of mineral claims that are 100% owned by the Company, subject to a 3% NSR owned by Kenorland Minerals. Targa announced a grassroots gold discovery at Opinaca in January 2026 that resulted from the 2025 maiden drill program. Gold was intersected in 7 out of 8 drill holes spread across an area 4km in width. A follow-up drill program was conducted in September 2026 with results pending. The Company has also recently acquired options to acquire up to an 80% interest in the Venidero (Morobayo) and El Zanjon gold-silver projects in Santa Cruz, Argentina.
