Jim Paterson
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Paterson is a co-founder and principal of Discovery Group and has 25 years of executive leadership experience in the mining industry, including capital raises, acquisitions, joint-ventures, spinouts, and RTOs and IPOs. He was a driving force behind $80 million in equity financing for ValOre Metals, which led to multiple discoveries at the Angilak uranium project and Pedra Branca PGE project. He is a director of K2 Gold, Latitude Uranium and Gold Basin Resources. He was a director of Kaminak Gold Corp. (acquired by Goldcorp), Northern Empire Resources Corp. (acquired by Coeur Mining) and Great Bear Royalties (acquired by Royal Gold). He founded Corsa Capital in 2007, and a 2010 transaction created an industry-leading metallurgical coal producer with a C$250M marketing capitalization.
Cameron Tymstra
President, CEO & Director
Mr. Tymstra has over 15 years of mining industry experience managing projects in Canada, the U.S., and Latin America. He previously held the role of Chief Operations Officer of Latin American Minerals and is currently the President and CEO of CSE-listed Tarachi Gold. Cameron graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Mining Engineering and holds a Master’s in Mining Management from the South Dakota School of Mines.
Ryan Weston
Vice President Exploration
Ryan Weston brings 25 years of global experience in base and precious metals exploration to the Company, including 3 years in Peru exploring for early-stage epithermal gold and porphyry copper deposits. He played key roles in the successful sale of Carlisle Goldfields to Alamos Gold in 2016, and of Noront Resources to Wyloo in 2022. Most recently, he served as Vice President Exploration with Wyloo Canada, where he led exploration initiatives in Ontario’s Ring of Fire region. Ryan is a registered Professional Geologist in Ontario and holds an MBA from Queen’s University, an M.Sc. from Laurentian University, and a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto.
Bryce Roxburgh
Director
Mr. Roxburgh is an accomplished geologist and currently a Director at Andina Copper, which recently acquired Rugby Resources where Mr. Roxburgh was a founding shareholder and former CEO. He founded Exeter Resource Corporation (“Exeter”) in 2003 which was acquired by Goldcorp in 2017 after Exeter discovered and progressed the Caspiche copper-gold porphyry deposit in Chile. Extorre, a company spun out to Exeter’s shareholders, separately advanced the Cerro Moro gold discovery in Santa Cruz, Argentina until it was acquired by Yamana Gold in 2012.
His career has covered Australia, South-East Asia and South America and includes senior technical and management roles with Amoco Minerals Australia Company and Cyprus Mines Corporation, where he led teams that discovered multiple orebodies including Selwyn and Red Dome mines. Mr. Roxburgh was the Exploration Manager managing the discovery team for the Didipio gold-copper mine in the Philippines. He holds a BSc (1971) in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Sydney.
Alex Adams
CFO
Mr. Adams is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a degree in Public Accounting from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC) in Mexico City. He brings over 14 years of experience in the mineral exploration sector, with extensive involvement in capital markets activities and corporate transactions. He previously held finance roles with Extorre Gold Mines Limited (acquired by Yamana Gold, now Pan American Silver) and later served as Corporate Controller of Exeter Resource Corporation until its acquisition by Goldcorp (now Newmont) in 2017. He most recently served as CFO and Corporate Secretary of Rugby Resources Ltd. for more than eight years, up to its acquisition by Pampa Metals Corp. (now Andina Copper Corp.) in July 2025.Mr. Adams also serves as an independent director of Adamera Minerals Corp
Jon Ward
VP Corporate Development
Jon is a proactive and resourceful investor relations and capital markets professional responsible for leading investor and marketing initiatives for the Inventa Capital companies. His experience includes the development and communication of corporate strategy to the financial markets, stakeholder relations, project management, capital markets, business development and marketing. Jon has previous experience working in business services for Global accounting firm BDO (Australia) and holds a BBus (Finance and Accounting) with extended majors in Funds Management, Professional Accounting and Banking from Queensland University of Technology.
Susy Horna
Corporate Secretary
Susy brings numerous years of experience in the legal aspects of the mining, oil and gas and shipping industries. Prior to joining Targa Exploration, Susy served as Manager, Corporate Records and Governance for First Majestic Silver Corp., and prior to the acquisition by First Majestic Silver Corp. as Corporate Secretary of Gatos Silver, Inc. Susy has also served as Corporate Secretary for various public and private companies within the Augusta Group of Companies, and as paralegal for Pacific Northwest LNG, Seaspan Corporation and Southwestern Resources Corp., where she was responsible for diverse matters relating to corporate and securities law, in particular, corporate governance and continuous disclosure.
Mahesh Liyanage

Mr. Liyanage is a seasoned, organized, and responsible Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 20 years of experience across diverse industries. Special strengths in Canadian public company reporting and regulatory compliance, business spin-offs/mergers and acquisitions, treasury management, Canadian and US tax compliance. He has many years of experience with Mexican mining companies and specializes in helping Canadian companies achieve optimal operations in Mexico. He was most recently with Evrim/Orogen and in the past he had worked with the Manex Resource Group.
Karlene Collier
Director
Karlene is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of industry experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and publicly listed companies trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture, Canadian Securities Exchange and in the U.S. markets. She is an expert in overseeing business operations located both locally and internationally; leading operations in five different countries. Karlene scaled the first publicly listed cryptocurrency company in Canada with a market capitalization of over $1B and has guided start-up companies from private to publicly listed entities, including leading management through the regulatory landscape and lead financings. Karlene’s recent focus has been in the natural resource sector where she has managed and scaled a portfolio of companies in her current role as Vice President of Operations. Karlene is a director of Baltic I Acquisition Corp., TinOne Resources Inc. and Vizsla Copper Corp.
Andrew Rockandel

Mr. Rockandel is an accomplished entrepreneur whose four decades of business experience span mineral resources, renewable energy, forestry, and specialized chemicals. Involved in the junior mining market for over 25 years, he has helped found multiple junior companies, bringing together management teams, assets, and financing.
